REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and your satisfaction is important to us.

1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order may already be processed and shipped.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
